Thankyou for entering the Fremantle Port Open on Saturday, January 28. Warmup starts at 8.00am with racing to start at 9.00am.

Limited Printed programs are available at the venue for $5, including a ticket into our raffle. Electronic program available for order which will be delivered direct to your email. (Expected Thursday - 2 days before the meet!!)

Cost of Entry:
$5.50 per swimmer and $2.60 per spectator are payable to Fremantle Leisure Centre

Warm up from 8am in the 50m outdoor pool.  All swimmers will need to exit the 50m pool by 8.45am so that racing can begin promptly at 9am.  Should you wish to warm up/cool down outside of this time – Lane 6 in the 25m indoor pool is available for use.

Parking in the main carpark (Carpark 14) next to Fremantle Leisure Centre is FREE!  Please refer to street signage for all street parking to avoid being fined. Parking is limited so please plan ahead and allow time to get from alternative car parking locations.

Pool/Seating - We are an outdoor venue and whilst shade-sails are provided you will still be exposed to the sun.  We strongly recommend that swimmers & spectators follow SunSmart guidelines and encourage clubs to bring tents/gazebos if you have them.  Please bring chairs, picnic rugs as there are plenty of grassed areas available.  There is limited tiered seating.

Marshalling will be set up at the far end of the 50m pool.  Please keep an eye on the marshalling board to ensure events are run in a timely manner.

Food/Refreshments - A BBQ will be available from 8am.  We’ll have bacon & egg burgers, hamburgers, veggie-burgers, a sausage sizzle (with veggie options), cakes, slices, biscuits, cold drinks, icypoles, lollies & most importantly coffee! Cash or EFTPOS.

Raffle - There will be plenty of fabulous prizes up for grabs in our raffles, all thanks to our amazing families & sponsors.

Our major raffle includes a '2-night stay at Dunsborough Beach Cottages' - valued at approx. $1,000.  Tickets are $10 each or 3 for $25.  Cash or EFTPOS.

Medals - Medals will be awarded for all events for 1^st, 2^nd & 3^rd places, in the following categories for both male & female swimmers; 9-10yo, 11-12yo, 13-14yo & 15+ (as applicable).

Timekeeping - duties will be allocated per ratio of swimmers per club.

Please note that all Entry times must have been achieved since Saturday, 1 January 2022 and must have been achieved in a Long Course (50m) pool..
