Medals will be awarded to the three fastest swimmers in:

9/10 years, 10/Under, 11//12 years, 13/14 years, 15/16 years and Open events
9-13 years and 14/O for 200 IM - male and female
11-13years and 14/O for 400m Freestyle and 800m Freestyle - male and female
9/O for 100m Butterfly
Medals will be awarded to the three fastest teams in 14/U ond Open relays.
A perpetual trophy will be awarded to the fastest team in 10-person relay.
A perpetual trophy will be awarded to the MC swimmer of the meet.
A perpetual trophy will be awarded to the swimmer who gains the most points in their individual races in both Junior (12/U) and Senior (13/O) age groups

All events will be conducted as timed finals on entry times, from slowest to fastest.
Timekeeping duties will be allocated as per ratio of swimmers for each club.

Swimmers entered into the 800m are required to register their "intent to swim" on the day of the race. Swimmers can lodge their Intention to swim at the Marshalling desk either inperson, via a coach, parent or trusted friend. Failure to lodge an intention to swim will mean that they are withdrawn.

Please note that all Entry times must have been achieved since Wednesday, 1 January 2025 from a Short Course (25m) pool. If no time is available, then it will look at the Long Course (50m) times..
