Warm up is at 5:30pm with first Splash at 6:15pm sharp.
Please choose from any 3 events. Only enter one distance for each stroke - Freestyle may be your favourite, but when you enter the 50m, 100m and 200m freestyle you will probably race them one after the other.
Please note that all Entry times must have been achieved since Wednesday, 1 January 2025 from a Short Course (25m) pool. If no time is available, then it will look at the Long Course (50m) times..
