Activation: 1:45pm-2pm

Warm Up: 2pm-2:30pm

Racing: 2:30pm-6pm

8 year old swimmers can enter 50m races

11 and over swimmers can enter 400m IM

13 and over swimmers can enter 1500m, after approval by your coach
