1. The warmup time will now be from 8.00am to 8.25am
2. The start will now be at 8.30am.
3. We should finish before 12.00 noon.
Please note that all Entry times must have been achieved since Monday, 1 January 2024 and must have been achieved in a Long Course (50m) pool..
